Josh Johnson
Executive Director
Josh Johnson became Executive Director at The Covington in February 2007. Though Johnson was born in Pasadena’s Huntington Memorial Hospital, his formative years were spent in Indiana. He majored in health administration and psychology at Indiana University and immediately after college was admitted to an Administrator in Training program. He worked in retirement communities in Indiana, Minnesota and Sacramento, preceding his move to Southern California. He was Administrator for an Assisted Living facility before joining The Episcopal Home Communities. He lives ten minutes from The Covington in Dana Point, with his wife Lea and two young sons.
