As a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), the Covington is designed to offer residents the security of knowing that care will be available to them as their needs change. The Covington offers three levels of care: Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing. In addition, The Covington provides care for those with memory impairments in The Courtyard.
At The Covington an individual can move from one level of care to the next as needed. When residents sign a continuing care agreement, they gain access to Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing and the peace of mind that should they outlive their financial resources, care will still be available under the guidelines of the care agreement.
